This study aims to analyze the determinants of employee performance at the courier service company PT XYZ in Jakarta by using work discipline as a mediator and moderator variable. This quantitative research uses structural modeling with a Partial Least Square approach. To analyze the data, this study used SMART PLS 3.0. The sample of this research is the employees of PT XYZ, totalling 59 people based on the criteria that have been determined in this study. The results of this study explain that on the mediating effect, work discipline acts as a mediator of employee career development on employee performance but does not mediate training programs provided by employees in shaping employee performance.
