DETERMINATION OF FIRM VALUE: THE ROLE OF FINANCIAL FLEXIBILITY, FIRM SIZE, AND CAPITAL STRUCTURE IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE ISSUERS LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE (IDX)

Abstrak

Nilai perusahaan merupakan indikator penting yang mencerminkan kinerja dan memengaruhi minat investor. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh fleksibilitas keuangan, ukuran perusahaan, dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan di subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) selama tahun 2021-2023. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih 10 perusahaan sebagai sampel, dan data yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan serta laporan keuangan dianalisis secara statistik untuk menentukan signifikansi dan arah pengaruh variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan; fleksibilitas keuangan menunjukkan pengaruh negatif yang tidak signifikan; dan struktur modal memiliki pengaruh positif yang juga tidak signifikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa ukuran perusahaan memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, sedangkan fleksibilitas keuangan dan struktur modal mungkin tidak memiliki dampak besar.
