PENGARUH WORKPLACE SPIRITUALITY TERHADAP EMPLOYEE CREATIVITY DI MEDIASI INTRINSIC MOTIVATION DAN PSYCHOLOGICAL EMPOWERMENT PADA INDUSTRI ASURANSI DI MASA PANDEMIC COVID 19

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Workplace Sprirituality terhadap Employee Creativity melalui Psychological Empowerment dan Intrinsic Motivation di Industri Asuransi Wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner secara langsung dimana data disebarkan menggunakan kuesioner online menggunakan google form. hasil kuesioner mendapatkan jumlah sampel yaitu 290 responden karyawan Human Resources yang bekerja pada 4 (Empat) perusahaan asuransi jiwa yang ada di Wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) memakai bantuan software AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif workplace spirituality terhadap employee creativity, terdapat pengaruh negative intrinsic motivation terhadap employee creativity, terdapat pengaruh positif psychological empowerment terhadap employee creativity.
