Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the organization's company applies work motivation both internally and externally effectively or vice versa, because work motivation is very influential for improving employee performance in the organization's company. The research method used is Multiple Linear Regression because there are variables Internal, external motivation and employee performance. In the organization of the studied company has a population of 69 employees, the sample obtained was 69 employees. In the research results Work motivation is very influential effectively and efficiently towards improving the performance of employees of the Everlasting Hasjrat Manado.
