Abstract

This qualitative research aims to examine the promotional strategies employed by Kedai Koel through social media. The data and information gathered in this study are based on observations and interview held with key informant. The research explores how Kedai Koel effectively engages consumers and encourages them to share their experiences digitally, specifically using Instagram and Tiktok as the media. According to the research findings, the resilient in Kedai Koel's social media promotion efforts, coupled with creativity, interactions and engagement with customers, along with adaptability, form an effective strategy to optimize their online promotional activities. This is supported by the increased attention gained in their content, as shown by higher numbers on their Instagram and TikTok accounts.
