The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Knowledge Sharing on the Performance of Employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B Sistem Minahasa, determine the influence of Work Training on the Performance of Employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B Sistem Minahasa and to determine the influence of Knowledge Sharing and Work Training on the Performance of PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B Sistem Minahasa. The type of research used is quantitative research with correlation analysis techniques, regression data analysis, instrument testing, and classical assumption testing. The sampling technique in this research was saturated sampling with a total sample size of 54 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B Sistem Minahasa. The results of the research show that Knowledge Sharing has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B Sistem Minahasa, Work Training has a significant effect on the Performance of PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B Sistem Minahasa and simultaneously Knowledge Sharing and Work Training have a significant effect on the Performance of Employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B Sistem Minahasa.
