Kompensasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Kaitannya Dengan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan OCB terhadap kinerja karyawan Tridjaya Maju Sukses. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan sampel berjumlah 34 responden, yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan OCB secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan kompensasi dan OCB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
