Abstrak

this study aims to determine the effect of HR Development and Work Involvement on Turnover Intention at PT.Pegadaian (Persero) CBM Manado Selatan Employees. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely respondents as many as 45 samoles. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample.The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique in this research uses patrial leat square (PLS) data that meets the analytical techniques that have been processed using the SmartPLS3 application. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence between HR Development on Work Involvement. There is a negative and not significant effect of HR Development on Turnover Intention. There is a negative and significant influence between work involvement and turnover Intention.
