Abstract

EMMA MAYOLA LURON. Application of Cluster Analysis Method Ward in Grouping Districts in Tana Toraja Regency Based on Livestock Type Population. Supervised by JANTJE D. PRANG as chairman and JULLIA TITALEY as member.  

This research aims to group sub-districts in Tana Toraja district based on livestock population using Euclidian squared distance and cluster analysis methods. ward. The results of the research show that cluster 1 consists of 1 sub-district, namely Mengkendek sub-district where the population of livestock types is classified as high, cluster 2 consists of 5 sub-districts, namely Rano, Bonggakaradeng, Simbuang, Masanda and Mappak sub-districts where the population of livestock types is classified as medium and cluster 3 consists of 13 sub-districts, namely Makale, Gandangbatu Sillanan, Bittuang, Rantetayo, Kurra, Malimbong Balepe, South Sangalla, South Makale, Rembon, Saluputti, Sangalla, North Makale and North Sangalla with the lowest population of livestock types.
