IMPLEMENTASI PENGUJIAN MODEL TAM PADA APLIKASI QRIS MERCHANT: STUDI EMPIRIS DI KOTA BENGKULU

Peningkatan penggunaan QRIS pada merchant sebagai alternatif pembayaran yang inovatif dan efisien yang dapat mendukung GNNT dan menciptakan cashless society. Penyediaan QRIS oleh merchant memberikan banyak manfaat namun tidak semua pengguna dapat menerima penggunaan QRIS. Penelitian ini mengukur penerimaan pada implementasi QRIS oleh merchant dengan pengujian menggunakan model TAM. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah merchant pengguna QRIS yang terdapat di Kota Bengkulu. Dengan memanfaatkan analisis SEM dengan Smart PLS 4 terhadap 128 sampel, studi ini menguji penerimaan merchant terhadap QRIS yang menganalisis perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards using dan actual use. Temuan empiris mengindikasikan bahwa perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap attitude towards using secara parsial. Selain itu, perceived usefulness juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap actual use. Adapun perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap actual use. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa attitude towards using berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap actual use. Pada akhirnya penerimaan merchant pada QRIS dipengaruhi oleh manfaat yang diterima dan kemudahan saat menggunakan serta sikap juga akan membentuk penerimaan pada QRIS.
