Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur pengaruh soft skill dan hard skill terhadap kemampuan inovatif dosen Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo yang dimediasi oleh budaya organisasi. Menerapkan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan cara purposive sampling melalui penyebaran kuisioner terhadap dosen PGSD di Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SmartPLS. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa soft skill berpengaruh terhadap budaya organisasi. Hard skill berpengaruh terhadap budaya organisasi. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kapabilitas inovasi dosen. Fenomena dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana dosen dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan menciptakan ide-ide pembelajaran baru yang dapat memperkaya pengalaman belajar mahasiswa.
