Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of discipline and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The population in the study was employees of Sawerigading Palopo General Hospital as many as 709 people, while the sample used after calculating using the slovin formula was obtained as many as 256 people. This research method uses a quantitative approach using questionnaires to collect data, analytical tools used to process data using SmartPLS software. The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, work discipline and job satisfaction did not have a positive and significant effect together on organizational citizenship behavior
