PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE DONATING DAN WORK EXPERIENCE TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MELALUI INNOVATION BEHAVIOR SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (Studi Pada Sekretariat Dearah Kebupaten Halmahera Tengah)

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh knowledge donating dan work experience terhadap employee performance melalui innovation behavior sebagai variabel mediasi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan mengunakan rumus Slovin yaitu sebesar 135 responden. Data diperoleh dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket). Metode analisis untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Smart Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS 4.0). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan Knowledge Donating dan Work Experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Performance pada Sekretariat Halmahera Tengah, Knowledge Donating dan Work Experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Innovation Behaviour pada Sekretariat Halmahera Tengah Innovation Behaviour berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Performance pada Sekretariat Halmahera Tengah, Innovation Behaviour memediasi hubungan antara Knowledge Donating dan Work Experience terhadap Employee Performance pada Sekretariat Halmahera Tengah.
