PENGARUH PERENCANAAN TENAGA KERJA, PELATIHAN KARYAWAN, DAN SISTEM KOMPENSASI DALAM PENINGKATAN EFISIENSI OPERASIONAL DALAM PERUSAHAAN KUNO STUDIO

The Indonesian garment industry faces increasingly intense competition, demanding greater operational efficiency and cost control. Kuno Studio, as one of the garment manufacturing companies, experiences significant fluctuations in customer orders, which affect workforce planning, employee training needs, and the effectiveness of its compensation system. Internal data indicate decreased productivity and work discipline during peak production periods, along with rising production costs that have led to losses in certain periods. This study aims to analyze the relationship between workforce planning, employee training, and compensation systems in improving operational efficiency at Kuno Studio. The research employs field observations, interviews with management, and analysis of internal company documents. The findings are expected to demonstrate that effective workforce planning, continuous training, and a well-structured compensation system can enhance operational efficiency and maintain productivity stability despite fluctuating demand. These results are expected to serve as a reference for other garment industry players in strategically managing human resources to achieve operational excellence
