Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a person's feeling of happiness or disappointment that arises from comparing the product's perceived performance or results against their expectations. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on brand image of PT Elnusa Petrofin. The population of this research is the customers of PT Elnusa Petrofin. Using nonprobability sampling techniques, the sample of this research consists of 50 respondends. To analyze the impact of both product quality and service quality on brand image, this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that product quality and service quality have positive impact on brand image.
