Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work-life balance on employee performance at Marketing Office Citraland Manado. The method used in this research is quantitative.  Data collection using a questionnaire with 65 respondents. The data obtained was then analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) and using SmartPLS 4.0.4 tools to determine the effect of work environment and work life balance on employee performance. Based on the research results, Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work Life Balance also has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Thus, both variables play an important role in improving employee performance.
