PENGARUH WORK FAMILY CONFLICT TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE DENGAN VARIABEL MEDIASI JOB SATISFACTION

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Family Conflict on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as the Mediating Variable. This study is a quantitative study. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method, with predetermined criteria, namely the sample in this study were civil servants and PPPK employees, married employees and 100 female employees. The data analysis technique used was path modeling with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) version 4 as a statistical test tool.
The results of this study indicate that: Work Family Conflict has a significant effect on Employee Performance for female employees at Weda General Hospital, Work Family Conflict has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction for female employees at Weda General Hospital, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance for female employees at Weda General Hospital and Job Satisfaction can be a mediation between Work Family Conflict and Employee Performance for female employees at Weda General Hospital
