Abstract

This research is related to how the effect of reward rewards on employee performance at Best Western Lagoon Manado, Awards are one of the most important factors in motivating employee performance so as to encourage employees to improve work quality. This study aims to determine and explain whether the award (reward) can affect the way someone works in a business organization, the method used in this study is a quantitative method with 117 respondents consisting of various employees of Best Western Lagoon Manado The results of this study indicate that awards have a positive and significant effect on a person's performance in carrying out the responsibilities and responsibilities given by the company or other business organizations, this research also shows that a company or business organization can spin or run if its human resources (employees ) work well.
