Abstract

The background to this research begins with indications of work conflict that occurred, which was an interpersonal conflict between superiors and subordinates which resulted in the company's work environment becoming less conducive at Jasa Raharja North Sulawesi Branch. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work conflict on employee performance, the effect of the work environment on employee performance, the effect of work conflict and the work environment simultaneously on employee performance. Work conflict is differences in values, goals, and inconsistencies in views between two or more parties that give rise to conflict or disagreement. The work environment is the physical and non-physical conditions in the company area which can influence all activities within the company. employee performance above, it can be concluded that employee performance is the result of an employee's work in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. This study uses a quantitative approach. The primary data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses 32 saturated samples. Data analysis techniques in this research use descriptive statistical analysis, multiple correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are that work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work conflict and the work environment simultaneously have an effect on employee performance.
