Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Knowledge Management and Human Resource Development on Employee Performance of Bank Mandiri KC Tahuna. The data was collected through a questionnaire to 30 respondents, then analyzed using structural model equations (SEM) with a partial least square approach. In general, the results of the United Nations statistical analysis strongly agree with the Knowledge Management and Human Resources Development variables. Statistically proves that Knowledge Management has a positive effect on Employee Performance. Coordination of answers from inner weight has a positive sign that the result of the break is positive. Related, the higher the Knowledge Management, the higher the Employee Performance. Likewise, Human Resource Development has a positive effect on Employee Performance. Coordination of answers from inner weight has a positive sign that the result of the break is positive. That is, the higher the Human Resource Development, the higher the Employee Performance.
