This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource development (HR) and performance appraisal on employee job satisfaction at Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Manado Branch Office. This research uses a quantitative approach with a focus on permanent employees and partners as the population. The sample was selected using simple rando sampling technique, involving a total of 64 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the R test, F test, convergent validity, and path coefficient test.
