Author Guidelines
Sam Ratulangi Politics Review (SRPolRev) invites scholars, researchers, and political analysts to submit original, unpublished manuscripts on contemporary political science, public policy, electoral studies, and international relations.
Manuscript Length: 5,000 to 8,000 words (including abstract, references, and tables).
File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx).

2. Manuscript Structure
- Title: Concise, informative, and limited to 15-20 words. Avoid abbreviations.
- Abstract: A single paragraph of 150 to 250 words outlining research background, objectives, methods, main empirical findings, and scientific contribution.
- Keywords: 3 to 5 relevant terms separated by semicolons.
- Introduction: Clear formulation of political background, research problem, literature gap, theoretical framework, and objective.
- Method: Concise explanation of research design, data sources, collection procedures, and political analysis framework.
- Results and Discussion: Comprehensive analysis of political phenomena supported by primary/secondary data, critical discussion, and engagement with relevant scholarly literature.
- Conclusion: Summary of primary findings, theoretical implications, policy recommendations, and research limitations.
- References: Minimum of 80% primary sources (journal articles published within the last 10 years).
3. Citation & Reference Style
SRPolRev strictly adheres to APA 7th Edition (American Psychological Association) citation style. All references must be verifiable, and reference management software such as Mendeley or Zotero is strongly recommended.
4. Anonymization for Double-Blind Review
To ensure an objective double-blind review, authors must remove all personal identification details (names, affiliations, self-identifying acknowledgments) from the main manuscript file. Author details should only be filled in the OJS metadata form or uploaded as a separate Title Page.
