About the Journal

Jurnal Ilmiah Sains is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Sam Ratulangi University, Manado, Indonesia. The journal is published biannually, in April and October.

The journal aims to disseminate high-quality, original, and innovative research that contributes to the advancement of knowledge in mathematics and the natural sciences. It provides an international platform for scientific communication and promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, methodological innovation, and scientific discoveries.

Jurnal Ilmiah Sains welcomes original research articles demonstrating scientific novelty, methodological rigor, and significant theoretical or practical contributions in the following fields:

1. Chemistry: Analytical, organic, inorganic, physical, environmental, materials, computational, and natural products chemistry, as well as biochemistry.
2. Biology: Molecular biology, microbiology, biotechnology, genetics, biodiversity, taxonomy, ecology, conservation, and marine biology.
3. Mathematics: Pure and applied mathematics, mathematical analysis, algebra, numerical methods, optimization, differential equations, and mathematical modeling.
4. Statistics: Statistical theory, applied statistics, probability, statistical inference, multivariate analysis, xperimental design, time-series analysis, spatial statistics, and biostatistics.
5. Computer Science: Algorithms, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, scientific computing, computational methods, and information systems.
6. Physics: Theoretical and applied physics, materials physics, condensed matter physics, optics, geophysics, computational physics, and energy-related physics.
