Abstract

CAFE 57 FU RESTAURANT PROFILE IN THE VILLAGE OF TALIKURAN KAWANGKOAN SUBDISTRICTMINAHASA REGENCY.The purpose of this study was to determine the business profile of Casfe 57 FU restaurant. This Study uses a case study method in the Cafe 57 Fu restaurant business in Talikuran Subdistrict, Kawangkoan Utara Distric on December 1, 2018 until January 31 2019. Datacollection was done by survey method using aa questionnaier and analyzed descriptively to describe the profile of the restaurant business Cafe 57 FU. The results obtained that the characteristics of respondents businessman restaurant Cafe 57 Fu was in productive age, had a high education, had 14 years of entrepreneurial experience, and had 4 household members who support the work of managing a restaurant. The Cafe 57 FU restaurant had a favorite regional food menu, Roasted Pork and Crispy Pork, so that the use of pork for processing was greater than other meat of 1.350 kg / month and restaurant 57 Fu gets a profit in a month of IDR. 23.133.244
