Eksekutif: Jurnal Ilmu Pemerintahan is published by the Department of Government Science, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Manado, Indonesia.
The journal welcomes formal cooperation with academic institutions, professional associations, research networks, public institutions, and other organizations that share a commitment to advancing government studies, public administration, public policy, democratic governance, and responsible scholarly communication. Every partnership must preserve editorial independence, publication ethics, and transparent academic standards.

Editorial Independence and Transparency
Partner organizations do not receive preferential treatment in manuscript submission, peer review, acceptance, publication scheduling, citation, or promotion. Manuscripts associated with a partner are evaluated under the same editorial and ethical standards as all other submissions.
Any financial, institutional, or personal relationship relevant to a manuscript or journal activity must be disclosed and managed according to the journal's Publication Ethics and conflict-of-interest policies. The Editor-in-Chief and editorial team retain final authority over editorial decisions.
