About the Journal

Eksekutif: Jurnal Ilmiah Program Studi Ilmu Pemerintahan (Print ISSN: 2337-5736) is an open-access and peer-reviewed academic journal published three times a year, in February, June, and November. The journal is published by the Department of Government Science, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Manado, Indonesia.

Jurnal Eksekutif is committed to advancing scholarly discourse and the development of knowledge in government studies, political dynamics, public administration, public policy, and governance. The journal provides an academic platform for scholars, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and students to publish rigorous, original, and high-quality research addressing contemporary issues in government and politics.

The journal particularly encourages scholarly contributions that examine the development and performance of government institutions, central and local government relations, regional autonomy, public policy formulation and implementation, political participation, electoral governance, public service delivery, bureaucratic reform, public sector innovation, and the dynamics of local governance.

The scope of the journal also encompasses studies on democratic governance, government accountability, institutional capacity, community empowerment, village governance, sustainable development, natural resource governance, conflict management, digital government, and the transformation of governance practices in response to social, political, economic, and technological change.

With a strong focus on government and political studies, Jurnal Eksekutif welcomes theoretical, empirical, comparative, and interdisciplinary studies that contribute to a deeper understanding of government institutions, political processes, public administration, and governance practices.
