Abstract

The performance of employees in a company is something that should be highly regarded by branch leaders who, as leaders, bear the responsibility for human resource management within their scope of leadership. The purpose of this research is to determine the extent to which the performance of employees at PT Pegadaian South Manado Branch is influenced by the leadership applied and how it affects the performance of each worker in their respective tasks and responsibilities. The researcher conducted a saturated sampling of 30 samples tested in this study through validity and reliability tests and analyzed the data through descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis, testing hypotheses in (t) tests, simple linear correlation coefficients, and determination coefficients. The research results show that the performance of employees at PT Pegadaian South Manado Branch is influenced by leadership.
