This study aims to determine the effect of self-awareness on employee work productivity at PT. Pegadaian Karombasan Branch. This study uses a quantitative research method with an online survey of 35 employees at PT. Pegadaian. Data is anlyzed using linear regression. Theoretically, this study can help enrich existing theories related to human resource management, especially regarding factors that affect employee work productivity. In addition, this study can provide a framework that can be used by practitioners and academics to develop policies or strategies related to employee management. The practical benefits of employees with high self-awareness tend to be more effective in carrying out tasks, because they are more aware of their strengths and weaknesses, so they can utilize time and resources more efficiently. In addition, employees will also be wiser in understanding the impact of their actions on themselves and others. The results of the study show that self-awareness is an important factor in increasing employee work productivity at PT Pegadaian Karombasan Branch. The company can increase productivity by developing self-awareness development programs.
