The Influence of Work Environment and Motivation on Agent Performance at PT. FWD Insurance Manado

Understanding how the work environment and motivation influence agent performance is essential for PT FWD Insurance Manado, especially as the company continues to strengthen financial inclusion through innovative, technology-based marketing strategies. This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment and motivation on the performance of agents at PT FWD Insurance Manado. This quantitative research involves all active agents as the study population, using a saturated sampling technique that resulted in 201 respondents. The analysis shows that both the work environment and motivation play an important role in improving agent performance. The findings indicate that these two factors meaningfully contribute to explaining differences in agent performance. Overall, the study confirms that a supportive work environment and strong motivation positively influence agent performance, aligning with the objectives of this research.
