Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance, the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance and the influence of interpersonal communication and organizational commitment on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research with hypothesis testing through correlation approaches, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The population in this study was all employees of Pasar Minahasa Tenggara PUD which amounted to 31 people so that the entire population was taken as a sample. The results of the study with multiple regression analysis showed that interpersonal communication and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially or simultaneously.
