Abstract

The high turnover rate in the company is a big challenge that can disrupt organizational stability and reduce team effectiveness. The same thing was also experienced by PT Anping Seafood Indonesia. This phenomenon is usually related to several factors, such as work engagement and work environment, that influence an employee's decision to stay employed or seek opportunities elsewhere. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work involvement and work environment on turnover intention at PT Anping Seafood Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population used is 55 employees of PT Anping Seafood Indonesia. The results showed that work engagement had a greater influence on turnover intention compared to the work environment, although both factors were significant in influencing employees' intention to leave the company.
